Goals

Guided by its principles and values, NCTU defends in every way possible the common interests and welfare of its members and all transportworkers through the following goals: 

✓  Transportworkers are empowered. 

✓  Transportworkers’ unity is fostered. 

✓  Industry or sectoral unionism is championed. 

✓  Unity with other workers’ organizations is built.

✓  Strengthening of labor movement is contributed. 

✓  Transportworkers are mobilized to their full potential. 

✓  Rights and interests of transportworkers are upheld. 

✓  Gender equality is promoted. 

✓ Economic and State policies for the welfare and benefit of transportworkers are won. 

✓  A pro-worker and progressive transport industry within an economy that respects ecological balance is popularized.
