Our Vision

Societal – We envision a just, self-managing and peaceful society, where
transportworkers and other working people are empowered, democratic practices
are upheld in the economic, political and cultural spheres of life, gender equality
is recognized and equitable distribution of sustainable development is
guaranteed.

Organizational – We envision NCTU as a largest dynamic, democratically
empowered, gender sensitive and internationally connected national organization
permanently defending and advancing the rights and interests of
transportworkers and all working people in attaining a progressive and
sustainable transport system within an equal society.
